This website is operated by ETABLIX, a Groupe Nseya brand ("ETABLIX", "we", "us"), of Groupe Nseya House, Kingstanding, Birmingham B44 8DJ. By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the website.

2. Information, not an offer

Content on this website describes our services, delivery models and technology products in general terms. It is provided for information only and does not constitute an offer, professional advice, or a commitment to contract. Delivery models — including the Managed Procurement Desk and the Prime Service Contractor model — are subject to funding, credit, liability and mobilisation gates and to separately executed agreements.

Diagrams and frameworks shown on this website are illustrative management frameworks, not claims of historic project performance. References to the founder's professional experience are background only and do not imply endorsement by former employers or clients.

3. Enquiries and supplier registration

  • Submitting a business enquiry does not create an engagement. Engagements begin only when a scope and commercial basis are agreed in writing.
  • Supplier registration is the first step in prequalification — not a guarantee of work, tender invitation or contract.

You must not misuse this website: no unauthorised access attempts, no interference with its operation, no automated scraping at disruptive volumes, and no submission of unlawful, defamatory or infringing content, or files containing malicious code.

The ETABLIX name and mark, the CONSTRUX and VERYX names and marks, and the content, design and graphics of this website belong to ETABLIX or its licensors. You may view and print content for your own business evaluation of our services. Any other reproduction or use requires our prior written consent.

Where this website links to third-party sites, we are not responsible for their content or their treatment of your data.
